FAQ

Straight answers.

Nothing. No fee, no deposit, no monthly charge and no donation — we don't take payments at all. The only money involved is your own domain renewal, paid directly to the registrar in your name, usually under $40 a year. If you'd rather not pay even that, we can put you on a free subdomain instead.

Registered charities, IPCs, societies, religious and community welfare organisations, and ground-up volunteer groups in Singapore. We can't build for businesses, sole proprietors, freelancers or anything that sells products or takes payments.

There isn't one. Shopfront is volunteer work — it keeps our skills sharp and puts them somewhere useful. We don't take a cut, don't resell your data, and don't hold your domain hostage.

About a week from the first chat. Most of that is us working; your team spends around 30 minutes in total.

Yes. We'll help you buy one in your own name — never ours — and connect it for you.

No. If you can hold a conversation on WhatsApp, that is the entire requirement.

Two rounds of changes are included after the draft. After that, message us — small edits are usually quick and quoted plainly.

We write your page so your organisation's name, cause and area are clear, submit it to Google, and set up the basics properly. No one can promise rankings; we can promise you'll be findable by name.

We'll add a clear section explaining how someone can give time or money, and link to your own giving channel — Giving.sg, your bank details, your PayNow. Shopfront never handles or processes any money.

We can replace it and keep your domain and email working. Nothing goes down in the switch.
